HOW TO ORDER WITH CHALLENGE MARKETING

Placing an Order
For all Registered Accounts follow the simple Shopping Cart steps through to final payment section.
For all other customers you can contact us either via e-mail or phone providing us with as much information as possible. Please see below:
- Product Description / Name / Code
- Order Quantity for each item for each colour
- Logo description that you want branded
- Print colour and location
- Delivery address
- Contact Name
- Delivery Due Date
On receipt of your information we will make contact with you to confirm:
- Availability of Product
- Artwork Requirements
- Lead times
- Any other relevant information
Once all details have been confirmed a proof will be provided for your final signoff, this will be the last chance to make changes before manufacturing.
All deliveries are made using National Courier services at our discretion or in person. Standard courier charges may apply.
- Goods lost and damaged after receipt by the carrier are the responsibility of the carrier and not Challenge Marketing Ltd
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise if there is any problem with goods received.
- Promotional Product samples are generally Free of Charge courtesy of Challenge Marketing.
- All clothing samples must be returned in the condition received. Tags to remain on the garment. Garment to be folded and returned to the same packaging.
- Samples must be returned within 10 working days or they will be charged out.
