You can contact us either via e-mail or phone providing us with as much information as possible about the product(s) you would like:
- Product description / name / code
- Order quantity for each item / colour / size
- Description of the logo / design that you would like to use
- Branding colour and location (or advise if the product is to be supplied unbranded)
- Delivery address
- Contact name
- Delivery due date
On receipt of your information we will make contact with you to confirm:
- Availability of product
- Pricing
- Artwork requirements
- Lead times
- Any other relevant information
Once all details have been confirmed a proof will be provided for your final signoff. This will be the last chance to make changes before manufacturing.
Delivery
- All deliveries are made using National Courier services at our discretion or in person.
- Standard courier charges may apply and delivery times will vary. We will advise at the time of ordering.
- Goods lost or damaged after being picked up by the carrier are the responsibility of the carrier and not Challenge Marketing Ltd.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise if there is any problem with goods received.
Samples
- Promotional product samples are generally supplied free of charge, courtesy of Challenge Marketing.
- All clothing samples must be returned in the condition received. Tags are to remain on the garment, and the garment should be folded and returned to the same packaging.
- Samples must be returned within 10 working days or they will be charged out.
