You can contact us either via e-mail or phone providing us with as much information as possible about the product(s) you would like.
Include:
- Product name/code & quantities (with colour/size)
- Is custom branding required?
- Logo/design details (if applicable)
- Branding colour & placement (if applicable)
- Delivery address & due date
- Contact name
We’ll get back to you to confirm availability, pricing, artwork (if applicable), lead times, and send a proof for final approval before production if this is required.

Requesting Samples
Want to see a product before placing a full order? Contact us to request samples.
- Clothing samples must be returned in their original condition
- Tags must remain attached
- Garments should be folded and returned in their original packaging within 10 working days

Delivery
- All deliveries are made using National Courier services at our discretion or in person.
- Standard courier charges may apply and delivery times will vary. We will advise at the time of ordering.
- Goods lost or damaged after being picked up by the carrier are the responsibility of the carrier and not Challenge Marketing Ltd.
- For orders outside of New Zealand, please contact us for a postage quote.
- Please report any issues with received goods within 48 hours.
